My name is Juan Contesse and I am the Business Manager at Gems. I was born and raised in Chile, but have been living in the US for the past 9 years. One of my biggest passions in life is music…and thus I considered being a musician of some sort for many years. I recently discovered that my musical skills encompass Rock Band and Guitar Hero, but that’s about it so I decided to stick to my day job at Gems. My role here is to make sure that all of our team members are working together to deliver nothing but the very best to each of our customers day in and day out. Sometimes that requires some very creative solutions… even what some may call minor miracles…but our commitment is to do whatever it takes!
