My name is Alex Ledesma and I have been the I.T Jedi at Gems since 2003. I am the keeper of all things that have a network connection, can open Excel spreadsheets and certain little communication devices that sound like they belong in a pie or breakfast cereal. Being an I.T. Jedi has its perks, everyone is always so nice to you and If they are not I can simply utter a few words like: “Reboot, the server I must” wave my hand over them and make them stop working which always seems to stress them out. Overall my main objective is to keep all things in the technological dominion in harmony with the force, so that we may better serve you.
